The Wingboard is the board designed for maximum progression, early and gradual lift onto the foil, more control and agile flight, super easy touchdowns.

Our 2024 Wingboard design is designed to get you up and foiling, aimed at beginner to intermediate foilers wanting to progress their foiling to the next level, with design language borrowed from our windsurf development team.

A comprehensive six-board range allows foilers of all sizes to enjoy the sensation of flight.

KEY FEATURES - 

> New on water - The Wingboard maximizes on-water balance with high volume at the tail, nose, and rails.

> New balanced volume - Further away from your feet, you feel the stability due to volume leverage.

> Round rails - On the deck make it comfortable to rest the foot when in the kneeling position.

> New side channels drain water - From the deck when the board starts accelerating.

> New brushed EVA deck pads - Reduce knee rash while providing ample traction.

> New curved inner channel - Accelerates the water and creates a rocking effect that helps the board get into a lift position.

> New the "cutaways" - At the tail act as stabilizers while lifting out of the water when the board gains speed, reducing the wetted surface and allowing the board to accelerate smoothly while on water.

> New angled tail - Helps make the critical transition from water to air seamless, while the sharp rails are vital to accelerate into early lift and flight.

> New Deep V - Flows all the way from the nose to the foil, making it easy to get airborne in choppy waters and letting the board skim during touchdowns for easy rebound.

> Rounded off nose - Reduces board length, allowing you to have a shorter, more controllable, and more agile board.

> Extraordinary flight control and stability - Come from the reduced thickness in the standing area, as your feet are close to the foil, much like a thin surfboard.

> New tail area - Has added volume right behind your back foot, while the side of the tail is carefully rounded for nice air flow when you hit higher speeds, giving you a smooth and stable flight.

> New tail cutaway - Lets the foil sit further forward, reducing the board area in front of you and creating a more maneuver-oriented feel.

> New cutaway volume - Is reduced at the tail, so when you come down for a landing, the board’s nose will easily angle itself upwards towards flight mode

What size to go for?

> 7'1" x 32" / 140L - Our largest Wingboard size is ideal for getting started with the ins and outs of Wingboard Foiling. The new 7’1” is slightly shorter than the previous 7’4”, making it easier to trim and gives more control through turns. This size is ideal for heavier riders or those wanting an ultra stable ride, enabling riders up to 115kg to foil like never before.

> 6'5" x 28.5" / 115L - The 6’5” will be a bestseller in the Wingboard range as an easy board to learn on yet fun to ride for more advanced riders too.

> 5'8" x 27" / 95L - The 5’8” is ideal for riders up to 85kg, giving plenty of glide to get riding early, while being short and maneuverable in the air.

> 5'2" x 26" / 80L - Short, stable and super playful, the 5’2” gives great trim control and nimble turning from the short length, while offering a comfortable float for riders up to 70kg.

> 4'8" x 25" / 65L - The new 4’8” at 65L is ideal for lighter riders up to 55kg, or heavier riders in stronger wind conditions. The short length reduces swing weight through turns and requires less trim control, ideal for freestyle riding, jumps and in the waves.

> 4'4" x 24" / 50L - The highest performing Wingboard for lightweight riders and strong wind conditions. The 4’4” is our ultra-compact design that boasts the best maneuverability for advanced riders.

What is the construction?

BLUE CARBON
THE BEST VALUE FULL CARBON CONSTRUCTION WE HAVE EVER PRODUCED

• Top grade 150g Biaxial Carbon wraps the entire board, joining with an overlap on the deck and bottom to create flat stringer, increasing the total breakage strength.

• 2 skins of durable fibre glass form a sandwich around the biaxial Carbon, protecting the carbon by dampening and absorbing the impact.

• The combination of twin T-stringers deck and bottom work together to increase the overall total breakage strength.

• Multiple reinforcements in the standing area, nose and tail increase impact resistance.

LITE TECH
LIGHT, STRONG, AFFORDABLE

• Extra rigidity with the introduction of unidirectional stringer bands and solid with added rail/ nose reinforcements.
• Australian pine on the standing area for extra impact resistance and rigidity in the most critical area.
• All inserts have added high-density foam reinforcements.

ASAP
AS STRONG AS POSSIBLE

• Impact-resistant high-density EVA wrapping the whole rail from nose to tail.
• Multiple layers of high-grade fiberglass are wetted out in epoxy resin wrapping the hull.
• Australian pine on the standing area for extra impact resistance and rigidity.
• Extra rigidity with the introduction of unidirectional stringer bands and solid with added rail and nose reinforcements.
