Explore the waters of the second largest natural harbour in the world.

 

You'll see the nature reserves, some of the less well known beaches and most exclusive properties in the area. 

This tour is ideal for those wanting a unique view and more disclosed side of the harbour.

We supply the experienced guide and all equipment needed.

 

Starting at Kite Beach where our van is, you will head over to the left towards Salterns Marina and then round to Blue Lagoon where on a sunny day the water is a lovely ocean blue. From there, you will head out wider across the water and paddle across the harbour through the moored sailing boats, but on the inside line of the channel. As you head towards the Peninsula, you can see a closer sight of the stunning houses and the Brownsea Island Castle, before heading back to shore of the school. 

Depending on the wind direction of the day you may take this route the opposite wat round. 

 

          

 

We advise to bring suitable drinks and snacks along with you for the journey as we can stop at any point if you need a break. We provide a bag for taking supplies. 

 

This tour is advised for competent kayakers who can last the whole 3hrs of consistent kayaking and under 16s need to be in a double with them. Single and double kayaks available.
