Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or building to most addresses within the UK . Deliveries are normally made within 2-5 days but we will inform you if it's not going to be within the standard delivery timeframe.
Please note that for additional services such as evening or weekend delivery, deliveries to remote or island locations, deliveries outside the UK or Europe, or when special delivery services are requested, additional charges to cover these costs will apply to standard delivery charges and we will get in contact with you after your purchase.

‘Oversized items’: This delivery charge is for items that are larger in length than standard postage, including but not limited to; Sails, Booms, Masts, One or Two piece SUP Paddles and Rigs. Please contact us if you have queries on 01202 700503 or info@pooleharbour.co.uk
‘All Boards’: This delivery charge is for items that are larger, heavier or more fragile, including but not limited to; Windsurf Boards, Composite Paddleboards, Surfboards. Please contact us if you have queries on 01202 700503 or info@pooleharbour.co.uk
‘Kayaks’: Kayaks are preferred to be collected from store but may be delivered to UK Mainland. At this time, we cannot delivery kayaks to outside Mainland UK, Europe or Worldwide. Please contact us if you have queries on 01202 700503 or info@pooleharbour.co.uk
‘Second Hand Items’: Second hand items can be delivered to UK Mainland but if you require delivery for outside mainland UK, Europe or Worldwide a quote would need to be obtained. We will contact you after purchase to quote delivery or you can contact us before on 01202 700503 or info@pooleharbour.co.uk
Additional Costs -
Due to price fluctuations with courier services we cannot guarantee the standard prices on “oversized” or “board” items (this includes but is not limited to certain sails, windsurf boards, rigs, paddles, masts, paddleboards and kayaks); we may contact you after purchase to discuss delivery quotes. Deliveries over 3m long outside the UK-
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship goods longer the 3m long anywhere else but the UK & the British Isles. If you are unsure, please give us a call on 01202700503 or email us at info@pooleharbour.co.uk
Online Exclusive Products -
Online exclusive products can only be ordered online and may have a later delivery date, you will be notified of stock confirmation and the ETA of the product and will receive tracking details once the order is on it’s way to you. If you have any questions, please email or call us on 01202 700503 and we will be happy to help.
Second Hand Products –
All second-hand gear incurs at least a £25 delivery fee to anywhere in the UK. For purchase of such gear worldwide, please contact us on 01202 700503 and we will organise a delivery quote.
Discounted Products -
Some products that have an automatic discount may take a little longer to arrive with you. You will be notified of any delay in delivery.
Christmas Delivery -
After 13th December Christmas delivery can not be guaranteed, if you are unsure please get in contact.
Delivery during Covid
We would like to thank everyone supporting us! As you know we are a small local shop with a small team that are working very hard to fulfill orders, answer email/calls and sort the shop for opening on the 15 June. We are asking for your understanding, a lot of things are out of our control and we are doing our best to keep you informed as much as possible.
Some online orders may take longer than normal to get to you, this is for two main reasons. 1: we send orders 2-3 days delivery but due to the strain all delivery companies are under the delivery may take a bit longer. 2: Our website will allow you to order a product that we have in or can get in. Due to delivery delays some stock is taking longer to arrive in the shop than normal. We want to thank you for your understanding and patience and suggest you get in contact with us direct via phone, email or Livechat before you order for availability on large items. We are adding details of shipping details where possible.
Damage in Transit
After leaving the shop all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as " Unable to inspect goods on delivery” or “damaged” to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming. For goods with a value over £200 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

Availability and delivery
All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us ( in-store, by telephone, via our website) are on the basis of these are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you or by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the trade counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw an order up to the point of delivery. We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
