International Shipping with Poole Harbour Watersports

Do we ship internationally?

No matter where you are based outside of the UK, here at Poole Harbour Watersports, we are happy to sort out a quote and send your kit anywhere!

This includes Europe, the UAE, Asia, Australia, and other places upon request. 

 

What couriers do we send abroad with?

For our international shipments, depending on size, we use either Royal Mail, Evri International, or FedEx as our shipping couriers. 

 

We have found we do have a large international community of windsurfers and wing foilers out in the world, so are happy to send all types of kit, even windsurf boards and rigs out to you all. We regularly send out the largest packages containing Techno 293 OD and iQFoil windsurfers all around the world. 

 

What about delivery costs?

Pricing wise, our website sets a standard rate on delivery based on rough weight, but we will message you after purchase to confirm the most accurate delivery cost, the price at checkout is not the final price! We do try to get the best prices available.

We recommend getting in contact with us via info@pooleharbour.co.uk about any international enquiry about paddleboarding, wing foiling, windsurfing, or wetsuits; so that we can sort out an accurate price on delivery and excluding VAT.

 

What about VAT/import tax?

When sending from the UK to abroad, we remove the VAT off our products for you, so you get the tax-free price online automatically (some pages on our website say 'tax included' but this is not right). This means that you MUST consider that as the order arrives into your country's border, it will be subject to your local tax and import charges based off the invoice supplied and YOU are liable for paying this.
