Anyone ever had the slot flusher track fall off a Bic Techno 293 OD?

No Idea what to put it back on with?

I had the official answer form the Bic Sales Manager ;

For the lips , you need to use a two-component acrylic industrial adhesive.

For repairs, it is possible to use an over-the-counter acrylic adhesive if you follow the manufacturer's instructions.

So In this light I acquired some 3m scotch weld 8010 industrial acrylic adhesive. Of all the products I have tried this seems to be doing best.
